Accident Reporting
 
Step 1 - Render assistance to injured parties and call 995 for ambulance.
Step 2 - Take photos of the accident scene and damages to all vehicles and / or property.
Step 3 - To submit witness' statement if any to the accident reporting centre.
Step 4 - Report to your Accident Reporting Centre together with your taxi within 24 hours or the next working day if the accident occurs after the working hours.
  1. Do not remove vehicle or move the injured person.
  2. Do not have any dealings with unauthorized tow-truck operators or touters.
You would need to file a traffic police report within 24 hours if the accident involves:
a) Injury cases with 3 days medical leave or more
b) Fatality
c) Pedestrian or cyclist
d) Foreign vehicle
e) Hit-and-run case
f) Damage to government property

If you are injured when you are driving our taxi and if the accident happened in Singapore, you may submit the original bill to our General Counter during office hours, we will then help forward your claim to the insurance company.
