You may submit the E-voucher and the receipt to the diesel kiosk or office. We will then check and process payment through Giro accordingly.
You may use the taxi vouchers to top up your fuel card at any of CDGE Fuel Kiosks.
You may refer to the Cabby Portal to check if payment is credited, if not please email dro@cdgtaxi.com.sg or SMS 72009 to DRO.
Any cashless transactions before 10pm will be paid to cabby’s account the following day.
MasterPass is a digital wallet developed by MasterCard that allows passengers to go both cashless and cardless on ComfortDelGro taxis.
Please press Masterpass on your pinpad in order for you to receive payment.
Please log into Cabby Portal at cabby.cdgtaxi.com.sg, select profile, account statement and cashless refund to view your transactions.
Please SMS to 72009, type in DRO(space) your trip or job number, trip date so that we can check.
