Cashless Transactions
 

You may submit the E-voucher and the receipt to the diesel kiosk or office. We will then check and process payment through Giro accordingly. 

You may take a photo of the E-voucher and receipt, and email it to [email protected]. We will verify and process payment through Giro accordingly. 

You may use the taxi vouchers to top up your fuel card at any of CDGE Fuel Kiosks.
You may refer to the Cabby Portal to check if payment is credited. Otherwise, please email DRO at [email protected]
You can refer to “My Accounts – Transactions – Paid to Driver” in the Cabby Portal. 

All cashless transactions made before 23:59 hrs will be credited to cabbies’ UOB bank accounts by the next working day.  

If you have not received your cashless refund, please contact DRO at [email protected] with your trip or job number and trip date so that we can assist you.
