If you are our cabby, you may login to our Cabby Portal. After logging in, select E-Services – Matching Enquiry. There, you may register your name for the matching service or retrieve an existing list.

Yes, he may ask for instalment plan at $250 per month. During registration, the first instalment of $250 must be paid up.

For booking trips, you may refer the passenger to the ZIG app for e-receipts. For street-hail jobs or if a passenger requests a hardcopy receipt, you may tap the “RECEIPT” icon on the MDT to print it. Please note that a maximum of 2 copies can be printed per trip.  

If the passenger is still unable to obtain a receipt, please advise them to email [email protected] to request a trip endorsement letter.
