You may submit your police report and receipt to our DRO via email at dro@cdgtaxi.com.sg. Our company will endeavour to recover the fare from the passenger if it was a call booking job.
If there are passenger’s information like name, ic etc and cabby signs an undertaking to attend court then our company will help to submit your police report to LTA for their help to pursue the matter.
For your safety, please do not chase after the passenger or insist for payment as the passenger may become aggressive. After the incident, report this matter to DRO via email or SMS.
