Step 3 - Inform the police officer on the scene and obtain a copy of the police report.

For assault, theft or robbery cases, please submit police report, medical receipt (if any) and any supporting document to DRO at [email protected]. The company will review your case and recommend assistance to management for approval on a case-by-case basis
