No, there is no service length requirement. The Study Achievement Award is open to all eligible applicants regardless of how long they have been driving with CDG. 

For cabbies, they must be 

a) Relief/Hirer from Comfort CityCab  

b) Relief driver must remain attached to vehicle throughout award application and payout period.  

c) Cabby’s vehicle cannot be temporarily returned throughout award application and payout period.  

d) Cabbies who resign before the ceremony will not be eligible for payout 

 

For cabby’s child, they must be 

a) Must be enrolled in a Government Primary or Secondary school 

b) Grades must be above criteria stated below 

Pri 1 – Pri 5: Overall grade to be 65% and above 

Pri 6: 20 points and below for all 4 subjects 

Sec 1 – Sec 3: Overall grade to be 65% and above 

Sec 4 “O” Level, Sec 4 “N” Level & Sec 5 “O” Level : 11 points and below for English and 4 best subjects 

The application period begins at the start of January and remains open for one month. During this time, cabbies can submit their documents through the Cabby Portal.

An email acknowledgement will be sent to the email address provided in the application upon successful submission. Therefore, it is important to ensure the email address you provide is valid, as you will not receive the acknowledgment email if the address is incorrect.  

We will inform all eligible cabbies of the results once the selection process is complete, and the applications have been fully reviewed.
