From 21 June 2017, cabbies may download the new Bidding App. 

Simply search “ComfortDelGro Driver App” from App Store (iPhone user) or Play Store (Android user) and look out for below icon and install. 

What is new with the ComfortDelGro Bidding App? 

This is another alternative bidding channel for drivers. 

You can bid for applicable current job even outside the taxi provided you are within 300 meters distance from your taxi. Distance check between the mobile phone and the taxi is in place to ensure that driver can immediately go to their taxi once job confirmed. 

Note: When both MDT & Bidding App are available, the job offer will go to the Mobile App and not to MDT. If you wish to receive the offer on MDT, please logoff or set your App on Busy mode. 

Driver Promotion 

From now until 31 July ’17, there will be NO CALL LEVY for all completed Standard Current Jobs (CJ with bkg fee of $2.30, $3.30, $10 & Standard Flat Fare Jobs) bid thru the New Bidding App.
