Recommend “Pay For Street Hail” to Your Passengers

From 5 July to 31 October 2021, recommend the “Pay For Street Hail” function in the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App to your passengers, and you could be rewarded!

Achieve the target number of “Pay For Street Hail” transactions every week, and you will receive a weekly reward* as shown in the table below:

The “Pay for Street Hail” function in our booking App brings convenience to not just passengers but to cabbies as well. Once a street hail trip is paired, there is no need for you to collect cash and the cashless refund is credited directly to your banking account by the very next day!

Sounds good? Here’s what you need to do. Simply inform your street hail passengers to:

1. Download our ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App if they have not done so
2. Add their credit or debit card** as a cashless payment in the App; and
3. Pair the trip using the “Pay For Street Hail” function in the App with Mastercard before the trip ends.

**There is a “Sweet Treats for Your Street Trip” Campaign with Mastercard from now until 31 October 2021 for customers. Remind your passengers to add and use their Mastercard with the “Pay For Street Hail” function in our App so that they can win attractive prizes every week.

Terms & Conditions

1. This “Pay for Street Hail” Driver Reward Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 5 July 2021 to 31 October 2021.
2. All completed “Pay For Street Hail” trips and the number of Unique Customers will be tracked and tallied weekly from the system based on Cabby’s ID.
3. Cabby eligible to receive a weekly Bronze, Silver or Gold reward will be notified by the following Friday on how to claim or redeem the reward.
4. For Cabby to be eligible for the weekly reward, the total number of “Pay For Street Hail” trips per Unique Customer each week must not be higher than 14.
5. Prevailing Terms & Conditions for each reward will be displayed on the e-voucher/voucher.
6. Cabby eligible to receive a weekly reward will have a period of SIX (6) months to redeem the Polar Puffs & Cakes e-voucher(s) from the date of issuance. Any unredeemed e-voucher(s) after the six-month redemption period shall be withdrawn without prior notice.
7. All rewards are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
8. ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to determine eligibility of Cabby to receive the reward, to terminate the Campaign or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
