Rental Waiver Extended!

In light of the new COVID-19 measures, we are extending the 25% daily rental waiver till 31 October 2021. This is in addition to the Government's COVID-19 Relief Fund (CDRF) of S$10 per taxi per day. All call levies will also continue to be waived till 31 October 2021.

Customers Onboard

Our sales team has been working hard to secure new Cabcharge accounts. 
 

Recently, it secured a tender to supply taxi vouchers to the People's Association, which means an additional 11,200 customers out there will be taking our taxis! 

The team also won another tender by the Mount Faber Leisure Group to provide taxi services for their staff and guests at locations, including Sentosa Island, Singapore Cable Car, Wings of Time and Mount Faber Peak. 
 

This is indeed good news for cabbies. More Cabcharge customers means more jobs for you!

The Driver Reward Campaign, in which cabbies are rewarded for "Pay for Street Hail" transactions that they accept, has been extended till 5 December 2021! Cabbies get $5 worth of Polar Puffs and Cakes e-vouchers when they accumulate a minimum of seven “Pay for Street Hail” transactions per week, and $28 worth of vouchers when they accumulate 28 transactions or more in a week. Cabby Dyon Ng, who accepted 26 "Pay for Street Hail" transactions, said: “During the trip, I will ask my passengers if they would like to use the “Pay for Street Hail” function in the App, and most were willing to give it a try. As it’s cashless, many found it convenient.”
