ComfortProtect - Insurance For Your Passengers

ComfortDelGro Taxi has launched ComfortProtect - a 24-hour personal accident and 14-day COVID-19 insurance plan that is now available on the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App from the date of the trip - at just 30 cents. For a limited time, ComfortProtect is free for the first policy.

If your passengers are keen to have this added assurance, you can share with them to opt in to activate ComfortProtect on the App when they book ComfortRIDE. To stop activation, passengers just need to opt out before the next ComfortRIDE trip. Click the button for more details.

Temporary Suspension Of Physical Credit Cards

The acceptance of VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and JCB credit cards is temporarily suspended on your cashless payment terminals until early 2022 when the new terminal arrives.

In the meantime, passengers can still pay on board using Cabcharge, NETS, NETS QR, NETS Flashpay, DASH, Alipay and UnionPay. Passengers who choose the “Pay for Street Hall” feature in the booking app and other in-app credit card payments can enjoy zero admin fee till 31 December 2021.

Although he would be honked at by other car drivers whose vehicles were stuck behind his taxi, an unfazed Cabby Yeo Kok Liang still chose to step out of his taxi to help a wheelchair-bound passenger board his taxi.
