Taxi Incentive
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 This program is open exclusively to drivers registered under CTPL and CCPL schemes.
1.2 Drivers operating under PHC licenses or affiliated with rental fleet partners are not eligible to participate.
2. Qualifying Trips
2.1 Only completed booking jobs will be considered for rebate qualification.
2.2 The following trip types are deemed eligible:
a. CJ Metered
b. CJ ComfortRide
c. CJ ComfortRide (Gojek)
d. AJ Metered (Standard)
e. AJ Metered (Premium)
f. One-way transfer
2.3 The following trip types are excluded:
a. Premier jobs
b. Street-hail trips
c. Cancelled, rejected, or no-show bookings
2.4 Trip eligibility is determined based on the start date and time of each trip. For instance, a trip commencing at 11:58 PM on a Sunday will still be counted towards that week's total.
3. Rebate Calculation
3.1 Rebates are calculated solely on the driver’s commission earned from completed trips.
3.2 Platform fees, administrative charges, and Goods & Services Tax (GST) are expressly excluded from the rebate computation.
4. Payout Schedule
4.1 Rebate disbursements are processed and issued every Thursday, based on the trips completed within the preceding Monday to Sunday period.
4.2 For example, trips completed from 14 to 20 April will be paid out on Thursday, 24 April.
5. Rebate Tier Qualification
5.1 Drivers are eligible for only one rebate tier per week.
5.2 Rebates are non-cumulative and will be awarded according to the highest tier achieved during the qualifying week.
