Stay safe, rest well, and drive better

 

1. SELF-ASSESS BEFORE YOU GO
If you are yawning a lot, take a break 

 

2. SET ALARMS FOR BREAKS 
Let your phone notify you when it's time to take a break

 

3. DO SIMPLE STRETCHES
Touch your toes and roll your neck gently

 

4. PRIORITIZE SLEEP 
Aim for 7-8 hours of uninterrupted rest before your shift
