Q1: Who is eligible? 

Comfort and CityCab Taxi drivers. PRIME drivers excluded. 

Q2: Which trips count? 
Completed Zig booking trips only. Gojek and street-hail excluded. 

Q3: What is the incentive period and weekly window? 
Weekly from 16 Mar 2026 to 12 Apr 2026. Week runs Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, based on trip Start Time. 

Q4: Do EV Taxi drivers receive fuel credits? 
No. EV Taxi drivers will receive cash instead. 

Q5: Is CPF applied? 

  • Petrol / Diesel Taxi fuel credits: NOT subject to CPF/Medisave. 

  • EV Taxi cash payouts: CPF/Medisave applies. 

Q6: What are the tiers? 

  • Tier 1: 60 weekly trips = S$15 

  • Tier 2: 100 weekly trips = S$25 

Q7: When do drivers get paid? 
The following Thursday. 

Q8: Do cancelled trips count? 
No. 

Q9: Do Gojek or street-hail trips count? 
No. 

Q10: Are payouts cumulative? 
No. highest-tier-only. 

Q11: I do not have a fuel card. What should I do? 
If you do not have a fuel card, please visit any CDGE Kiosk to apply for one.  

Q12: What should I do if I have questions or think my trip count is wrong? 
You can contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions about your incentive or trip counts. 

  • For trip disputes, please share your Trip History, including: 

  • Job ID 

  • Trip dates and times 

  • A short description of the issue 

  • Our team will review your case and investigate the discrepancy. We will update you on the outcome once the checks are completed.
