Dear Cabbies,

An enhancement has been made to the receipt printing function on the Mobile Data Terminal (MDT).

In MDT version 3.29, only one receipt will be automatically printed for each successful cashless payment instead of two receipts.

Once a receipt is printed, the MDT will switch to the Home Screen. A “RECEIPT” button will then appear and stay on the MDT screen for 10 minutes. Should you need to print a second receipt, press the RECEIPT button to do so within 10 minutes. This “RECEIPT” button can only be used once and will disappear from the MDT Home screen after it has been used.
