On 24 Sep 2017, while fetching his passenger along Thomson Road, Mr Seet saw an old lady fell from her wheelchair onto the road. He immediately entered the bus lane to prevent an oncoming bus from hitting the old lady and rushed out of his taxi to help her. Mr Seet's unselfish act, touched the heart of his passenger who saw what happened.
