What Mr Chia did ?
On 6 Oct, while exercising, Mr Chia found a wallet and wanted to return it to the owner. However, he was not certain of the address of the owner.  He left a note in a house and a stranger wanted to claim the wallet from Mr Chia. Mr Chia refused to hand it over to the stranger as she was not able to describe the items in the wallet. Mr Chia then went on to knock on the neighbouring doors to find the owner, and he found the owner. Mr Chia refused to accept the appreciation token from the owner as Mr Chia felt that it was his responsibility to return the wallet to its rightful owner. Congratulation !!!
