Have You?

As frontliners, it's important that our cabbies are vaccinated against COVID-19.

So when the vaccination programme was rolled out to the point-to-point transport industry, our cabbies were encouraged to get vaccinated. We are glad that about more than half have already undergone at least the first dosage.

To Be Upgraded; 

Kiosk@Pandan To Open Soon

The ComfortDelGro Engineering Kiosk at Loyang will be closed for upgrading from 29 March 2021 but the fuel kiosk at Pandan will be opening very soon.

The charging station at Loyang, however, remains available for cabbies driving the fully electric taxis.

Cabbies who frequent Loyang should head to the nearest kiosk at VICOM Changi, located at 20 Changi North Crescent, Singapore 499613 instead.

Cabbies who don't like to be put on hold when enquiring about income tax filing can now get a bot to help!

The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has just launched Chat Filing, a chatbot that uses a series of questions to guide cabbies through their 2021 income tax filing process. Cabbies who are eligible for Chat Filing will receive an SMS from IRAS with a link to the chatbot. 

If you have received the SMS invite from IRAS, we highly encourage you to try it and file your income tax no later than 18 April 2021.

In-Vehicle Cameras
Upgraded!

Since 8 March 2021, we have been replacing all current in-vehicle cameras with dual-channel cameras that will be installed on the front and rear windscreens of taxis.

Some 1,460 vehicles have already had their cameras changed. If you have received an appointment date and time through SMS or email, please arrive at the Camera Section located in the CityCab Building at 600 Sin Ming Avenue, Singapore 575533 on time.
