Dear Cabbies, we have heard you and we are together with you in this fight against COVID-19! Given the recent development in the COVID-19 pandemic situation, we are giving all our taxis a 50% daily rental waiver from 18 May to 13 June 2021. This comes on top of: 

• The Government's COVID-19 Relief Fund (CDRF) of $15 per day per taxi
• Road Tax Rebate
• Performance Incentives
• Medisave Contributions
• Daily Hybrid Rebate

We hope this will tide you over this period of time. In the meantime, please stay safe and stay strong!

Mandatory TraceTogether Check-In At ComfortDelGro Taxi Premises

Starting 17 May 2021, all visitors, including cabbies, entering ComfortDelGro Taxi's premises, including its offices, training hub, workshops or the Taxi Collection Centre, will be required to use only the TraceTogether App or SafeEntry token to check in. 

Current check-in methods as follows will be discontinued: 

• Singpass App
• Scanning of NRIC
• Mobile phone camera QR scanner

Cabbies may collect the TraceTogether token at any Community Club/Centre (https://token.gowhere.gov.sg/) or download the TraceTogether App on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or the Huawei App Gallery.

BYOB To Collect Disinfectants

Starting 24 May 2021, cabbies can drop by the CDGE Braddell Fuel Kiosk located at 205 Braddell Road Singapore 579701 to collect disinfectant solution.

Simply bring your own bottle (BYOB) to refill up to 500ml of disinfectant solution. The collection point will operate from Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5.30pm.

Help Stop Fatal Accidents

Recently, there were fatal accidents involving our taxis as well as pedestrians. These were very unfortunate and could have been avoided.

To avoid such accidents, our taxis need to abide by traffic rules and keep a look out for pedestrians. When plying the roads where there are pedestrians, our cabbies should slow down and look out for them so that they can stop in time for pedestrians who are crossing, and also for the safety of passengers on board.

Taking away a life takes only a brief second, but guilt lasts forever. Remember - defensive driving saves lives.

Birthday Treat For Our Hirers!

Starting May 2021, the Company will be gifting its hirers something for their birthday!

Cabbies whose birthday are coming will receive an SMS from the Company. Upon receiving, simply log in to the Cabby Portal (http://cabby.cdgtaxi.com.sg) anytime during your birthday month to retrieve a $10 Polar Puffs and Cakes e-voucher from the Company. The e-voucher can be found under your "PROFILE".

Get Discounts At Best Denki!

Cabbies can now get corporate discounts at all Best Denki outlets! This discount is not applicable for online purchases and is valid from 1 January to 31 December 2021.

All you need to do is produce your e-ID on the Cabby Portal or Job Bid App during payment. Click the link below for the list of discounts.
