Rental Waiver Extended

We understand that business for our cabbies is still slow despite the easing of safe management measures. As such, we are extending a 25% rental waiver for all taxis from 1 to 30 September 2021.

Get Better Insurance Coverage for
Accident Liabilities!

ComfortDelGro Taxi has, through its sister company, ComfortDelGro Insurance Broker, partnered AXA Insurance to launch the Motor BuyBack Insurance Policy – a brand new policy exclusive to ComfortDelGro cabbies!

Its annual premium of just S$199 (before prevailing GST), is just a-tenth of what other Point-to-Point companies are offering, but it offers cabbies insurance coverage against accident liabilities of up to S$1,500!

Lifesavers on the Road

Some of our cabbies can now double up as lifesavers!

Fifty of our taxis are now with equipped with AEDs, first aid kits and fire extinguishers, enabling cabbies who have undergone training to respond to emergencies and provide timely assistance.

In our second Top Cabby Award this year, 32 cabbies who have provided exceptional service over the last quarter have clinched the honours of being crowned Top Cabby! They have earned for themselves cash prizes from $80 to $250. Congratulations to All!

Meet Our Virtual DRO!

To minimise face to face contact, the Company has specially set up a virtual Driver Relations Officer (DRO) in the form of a self-service computer kiosk in place of a DRO in person. Located at our Sin Ming Office's General Counter waiting area, the virtual DRO will be able to answer queries related to accidents, insurance, appeals and complaints in the safety of a private booth. Why not give it a try should you drop by the office?

Couple Gave Birth
to Baby in Taxi

It's not every day that one gets to witness the birth of a child - in a taxi no less! But, that was Cabby Lim* witnessed when he picked up a husband and wife and the wife went into sudden labour. Luckily, Cabby Lim managed to send them to the hospital in time just as her water bag broke and the baby's head could be seen.
