Daughter Uses Dad's Taxi As Bridal Car To Honour Dad

When she was tying the knot last November, and needed a bridal car, Ms Kavitha D/O Palaniappan didn't want a luxurious looking one but the taxi that her father, Cabby Palaniappan S/O Arumugam, had been driving for the past 19 years. It was her way of honouring her father for putting her brother and her through school by driving a taxi. When the Company shared her story on Facebook, many were touched by her gesture. 15% Rental Waiver

Extended Till January 2022

We have been seeing slight improvement in demand during the festive period, but we know it is still not back to pre-COVID levels. As such, the Company has continued to extend a daily rental waiver of 15% for the month of January, in addition to the Government’s COVID-19 Driver Relief Fund (CDRF) of $5 per taxi per day.

Call levies will also be waived until 31 January 2022.

When our Lost & Found team contacted Cabby Tan Wea Aik about an iPhone that a passenger had left behind in his taxi, he didn’t mind one bit in making a detour to return it to the owner - for free! Thanks Cabby Tan for your honesty!
