ComfortDelGro Taxi Releases First Batch Of BYD e6 Taxis

Twenty-five ComfortDelGro cabbies collected the keys to the first batch of our brand new BYD e6 taxis on 1 June 2022. They went through a two-hour long orientation at BYD official distributor Vantage Automotive to familiarise themselves with their new e-taxis.

More BYD e6 taxis will be rolled out in the months to come. If you are thinking of making the switch to an EV, click on the button to register your interest. Select “Electric Taxi” as your choice in the form.

Resumption of Scheduled Flights at Seletar Airport 

Seletar Airport will resume scheduled flights from 13 June 2022. Cabbies get to enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea before every flight arrival at the taxi stand till the end of June. If you need a quick break, the car park grace period will also be extended to 30 minutes till end of August.

Use Your Mobile Number For Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) & Driver App Login

Please use your primary mobile phone number that is registered in our system as your login ID for the MDT and Driver App. Non-registered mobile phone numbers will not be valid. 430 Cabbies' Children Receive Study Achievement Awards

A total of 430 primary and secondary school students received the Study Achievement Award on 4 June 2022. In fact, one particular cabby was a proud parent that day when three of his daughters received the award for the second time!

Do Not Use Your Taxi For Illegal Activities

Cabbies are advised not to be involved in any illegal activities such as the smuggling of contraband cigarettes using your taxis. Any cabby found liable will be dealt with in accordance to the law and risk the taxi being confiscated, seized and detained by the Authorities. Cabbies found involved in such activities shall bear the responsibility of paying all fees, including taxi rental, expenses and/or penalties arising from the impoundment, confiscation and/or seizure of the taxi.
