Temporary road closure for Light to Night Festival, Aliwal Urban Art Festival & Run for Hope on 19-21 & 26-27 Jan 2018

Dear All,

Please be informed that the Light to Night Festival, Aliwal Urban Art Festival and the Run for Hope 2018 events will be held from this Friday to Sunday (19 to 21 Jan 2018 ), as well as next Friday & Saturday (26 & 27 Jan 2018, for Light to Night Festival only).  In view of these 3 events, the following roads will see road closures being implemented on a temporary basis to facilitate the hosting of these events.
